For the exhibition « Rituals », Kat asked her friends and family what were the little habits they did regularly that made them feel good. Based on these testimonies, she created a series of 9 illustrations printed in risography at Ateliers du Toner.
« There is something sacred in our daily rituals. There is something unchanging, something that transcends our days, which are filled with constant obligations.
It is to give importance to simple habits, as moments of comfort that refocus us on ourselves, that allow us to breathe. »
The exhibition took place in two Brussels cafés: Boentje Café and Café Boudin, in November and December 2022.
